文章研究了钙铁锌片的一步制粒工艺,以制粒工艺效果、工艺压片质量、稳定性为衡量指标,比较钙铁锌片一步制粒工艺与湿法制粒工艺的差别,结果表明,钙铁锌片一步制备工艺流程更简单且稳定、高效,产品颗粒均匀度、外观、脆碎度、硬度均优于湿法工艺产品,可在生产中替代湿法制备工艺。
Abstract:
One-step granulating technology of calcium, iron and zinc tablet was studied. The difference between one-step granulating technology and wet granulating technology was analyzed based on, granulating process effect, the quality and stability of the tablet. The results showed that compare to wet granulating technology, one-step granulating technology is more simple, more stable, and more efficient, the particle uniformity, product appearance, brittle broken degree, hardness of the product from one-step granulating technology were superior to those of the product from wet process. Therefore, one-step granulating technology can replace wet granulating technology in the production of the tablet.
