摘要:
D-核糖是一种天然戊醛糖,是tRNA、mRNA、rRNA 的组成部分,与磷酸作用存在于一切活的生命体中。由于D-核糖能够转化为核黄素和核苷酸,所以被广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品及动物饲料中。文章综述了D-核糖的生产技术、应用方面的研究进展,并展望了D-核糖的发展前景。
Abstract:
D-ribose is a kind of natural aldopentose, is a component of tRNA, mRNA, rRNA, exists in all living organisms with phosphoric acid. Because D-ribose can be converted into riboflavin and nucleotide, it is widely used in foods, medicines, cosmetics and animal feeds. In this paper, the researches of production technology and application of D-ribose are reviewed and the development prospects of D-ribose are expected.
