文章以夏威夷果壳为原料,用焙烧法、磷酸活化联合焙烧法分别制备果壳碳吸附剂,考察了焙烧温度、时间及磷酸浓度、浸泡时间对果壳碳的亚甲基蓝吸附性能的影响,并与商品吸附碳及活性炭的吸附性能进行比较。结果表明,磷酸活化过程,可有效提高产品的比表面积,经50%磷酸浸泡活化24h后,在350℃下焙烧1.5h所得的果壳碳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量可达到7.25mg/g,仅稍低于商品吸附碳,且在亚甲基蓝浓度较低(<60mg/L)的条件下,磷酸活化制备的果壳碳对亚甲基蓝的吸附能力优于商品吸附炭。
Abstract:
Using macadamia shell as raw materials, the carbon adsorbent of nut shell is respectively prepared by calcination and the combination method of phosphoric acid activation and calcination. The effects of calcination temperature and time, the concentration of phosphoric acid, soak time on the adsorption of macadamia shell carbon for methylene blue. The adsorption of macadamia shell is compared to that of those available carbon adsorbent and active carbon in market. The results showed that waste phosphoric acid activation process, which can effectively improve the specific surface area of the product, the product obtained on the condition of 50% phosphoric acid activation for 24h and 350℃ calcination for 1.5h, which adsorption for methylene blue can reach 7.25mg/g, only slightly lower than the adsorption of those commercial carbon adsorbent and even better than them under a lower concentration of methylene blue (<60mg/L).
