传统的集团客户,也叫政企客户,是相对稳定、规模较大的大客户群体,和个人作为“点”的客户不同,集团客户是“面”的代表,“大市场”的高价值客户。为了快速发展和挽留这种高价值的集团客户,就必须要在业务和产品方面对集客提供更强有力的支撑,全面提高集客的满意度,目前广西移动公司的集客监控系统,就是为了有效的对集团客户、业务进行集中监控与管理,达到对业务质量、客户感知的高效提升。

Group customer is more stable, larger scale of clients who are mainly from government agencies and enterprises. Comparing the personal customer which can be relate to a “point", group customer is more like the “plane” representing the high value customers of “big market”. In order to rapidly develop and retain the group customers, it is necessary to provide more powerful business and product support for them and comprehensively improve their satisfaction. The group customer monitoring system of China Mobile Guangxi Branch Company is built for centrally monitoring and administrating group business, advancing service quality and customer perceptive value.
