摘要:
目的:探讨基于思维导图的交互式教学法在中医内科学课程中的应用效果。方法:在广西中医药大学2015级中医学本科专业学生192 人,对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组采用基于思维导图的交互式教学,期末进行问卷调查,同时比较分析两组的理论和见习成绩。结果:实验组在教学效果及理论和见习成绩方面均明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:相比传统的教学方法,基于思维导图的中医内科学课程交互式教学方式更有创新性、易用性、启发性、逻辑性和拓展性;在中医内科学教学中应用思维导图,可能是提高学生学习效果,提高学生主观能动性和临床辨证能力的一种有效手段。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of interactive teaching method for TCM internal medicine courses based on mindmapping. Methods: 192 undergraduate students enrolled in 2015 that were divided into two groups; the control group was given theconventional teaching methods. The experimental group was given the interactive teaching method based on mind mapping. At the endof the semester, the questionnaires, the theoretical and the trainee performances of both groups were measured and analyzed. Results:The scores of the questionnaires, the theoretical and the trainee performances of the experimental group were significantly higher thanthat of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Compared with conventional teaching methods, the interactive teaching method forTCM internal medicine courses based on mind mapping might be more innovative, enlightening, logical and expandable; the use of mindmapping in TCM internal medicine courses may improve students’ subjective initiatives and clinical dialectical competences moreeffectively.
