摘要:
目的：研究黄连温胆汤配合西医治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰瘀互结证患者的临床疗效。方法：采用随机数字表将100 例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组（各50 例）。治疗组患者采用常规西医治疗（阿托伐他汀钙片）联合黄连温胆汤，对照组患者采用单纯西医治疗（阿托伐他汀钙片），30 天为1 个疗程，共服2 疗程，比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、肝功能（丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶）、血脂指标（总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯）及不良反应。结果：在改善中医证候、肝功能、血脂指标方面，治疗组均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在治疗过程中，对照组无不良反应发生，治疗组1 例患者出现轻微胃肠道反应。结论：在常规西医治疗基础上，服用黄连温胆汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰瘀互结证疗效更好，值得临床推广应用。治疗方案
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective: to research the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Western medicine in treatingnon-alcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatmentgroup (n=50) and the control group (n=50).The patients in the treatment group were treated with routine Western medicine (Atto vastatincalcium tablets) combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction. The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicinealone. The treatment courses of the two groups are both 2 courses, 30 days per one course. The curative effects of TCM syndrome, theliver function (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase), blood lipid index (total cholesterol, low density lipoproteincholesterol and triglyceride) and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results: The treatment group was superior to thecontrol group in improving TCM syndrome, liver function and blood lipid index and the difference between them was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).In the course of treatment, there was no adverse reaction in the control group, and a slight gastrointestinal reactionoccurred in the treatment group. Conclusion: Compare to the treatment with Western medicine alone, Huanglian Wendan decoctioncombined with Western medicine in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is more effective.The therapy is worthy for the clinic popularization and application.Key words: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome; Huanglian Wendan decoction;combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine
