摘要:
肩手综合征是脑卒中的患者在临床中最容易出现的并发症之一，发病率较高，严重影响患者的运动功能及生活质量。中医药为脑卒中后肩手综合征的治疗提供了许多临床证明行之有效的治疗措施。文章综述了近几年来中药外治法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的研究概况，并展望了中药外疗法治疗该病的应用前景。
Abstract:
Abstract: Shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) is one of the most common complications in patients with stroke, and its incidence ishigh, which seriously affects the function and life quality of the patients. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has provided manyeffective treatment measures verified by the clinical evidences for the treatment of post-stroke SHS. This article summarizes the researchprogress of TCM treatment in post-stroke SHS in recent years and outlook the application prospect of TCM treatment in it.Key words: Stroke; shoulder-hand syndrome; traditional Chinese medicine; review
