摘要:
变应性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科常见疾病, 且易反复发作。文章分析了中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的研究文献，介绍了中医药对该病病因病机和治法的认识,以及辨证施治的研究进展情况，探讨中医药对变应性鼻炎患者临床疗效。文献研究结果表明，应用中医药治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效确切，不仅可改善患者生活质量，还可降低变应性鼻炎的复发机率,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in otolaryngology department and repeated attack easily. The paper analyzes theliteratures about the treatment of allergic rhinitis, introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease from the view of traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) and the research progress of diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’scondition, and explores the clinical efficacy of TCM in the patients with allergic rhinitis. The research results from the literatures showsthat the treatment of allergic rhinitis by TCM is indeed effective, which not only improves the life quality of patients, but also reduces therecurrence rate of allergic rhinitis and is worthy of clinical application.Key words: Traditional Chinese medicine; allergic rhinitis; allergen; research progress
