摘要:
质量、成本和进度是是实施工程项目控制的主要内容,其相互制约生长,协同地促进。对工程项目有效管理,需对这三者实行集成控制。传统挣值法将成本和进度结合,可以有效控制项目成本和进度,却未考虑质量高低在其中的影响。文章通过德尔菲法确定质量因素的权重,进一步应用模糊理论对工程质量实际水平量化,引入质量因素,对挣值法进行修正,形成质量挣值法,并用质量挣值法进行实证研究。结果表明,质量挣值法能更全面、有效地实现对质量、成本、进度的集成控制。
Abstract:
Abstract: Quality, cost and schedule are the main content of project control. The three interact and synergistically promote.Therefore, it is required to implement the integrated control of the three in order to manage projects effectively. The traditional earnedvalue method can effectively control and manage the cost and schedule of project, but does not consider the quality factor. In the work,the weight of quality factor by Delphic method is determined and Fuzzy theory is further applied on the practical level quantification ofproject quality. Moreover, the quality earned value method is established through the modification of the earned value method byintroducing the quality factor. The new value method is applied in the empirical research. The result shows that the method can realizethe integrated management of quality, cost and schedule more comprehensively and effectively.Key words: Quality earned value method; Delphic method; Fuzzy theory; integrated management
