文章研究了气相色谱测定脂肪酸甘油酯型鱼油软胶囊中EPA、DHA含量的方法。以正己烷为溶剂制备对照品(鱼油标准物质)及供试样品溶液并进行甲酯化。用气相色谱法分别分析其中的甲酯分析的色谱柱为DB-FFAP 毛细管柱(30m×0.250mm×0.25μm),进样口温度250℃,检测器温度270℃,载气为N2。EPA and DHA含量用外标法计算。EPA、DHA的相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.84%和0.73%,回收率分别为97.44%和100.34%。该法分析速度快捷、准确、重现性好。

Abstract: In this paper, the determination of EPA and DHA in fatty acid glycerides of fresh oil capsule using GC method wasstudied. The reference substance (fresh oil standard substance) and the sample were dissolved in n-hexane and methylated. The methylesters of EPA and DHA in the two solutions were respectively determined using GC instrument with flame ionization detector andDB-FFAP capillary column (30m×0.250mm×0.25μm) on the condition of 250℃ injector temperature, 270℃ detector temperatureand N2 as carrier gas. The content of EPA and DHA in the sample was calculated by the external standard method. The relative standerdeviation (RSD) of EPA and DHA are 0.84% and 0.73% respectively, and the recoveries of them are respectively 97.44% and 100.344%.The analysis method is fast, accurate and reproducible.Key words: Fish oil products; Gas chromatography; EPA; DHA
