Abstract: The recycle of strongly acidic waste water containing high concentration of phosphate and aluminum ions from electronicfilm production was studied by controlling the add amount of lime slurry. The acquired precipitations were analyzed by chemical analysisXRD and TG analysis to determine the constituents of the precipitations. The results showed that when the reaction endpoint at pH 3.0there was no calcium element in the precipitation mainly AlPO4. When the reaction endpoint at pH 3.5 and 4.0 the precipitation mainlycontained Ca3(PO4)2 and Al (OH)3.Key words: Aluminum electronic membrane phosphoric acid aluminum phosphate XRD TG analysis

文章对含有高浓度磷酸和铝离子的强酸性铝电子膜生产废水进行资源化研究,通过控制加入的石灰浆用量,研究反应终点为不同pH时的沉淀产生量,为确定沉淀的化学组分,对沉淀进行化学分析、XRD 分析和热重分析。结果表明,在反应终点为pH 3.0 时,沉淀中不含钙元素,主要是纯度较高的AlPO4,反应终点为pH 3.5 和4.0 时,沉淀含有较多Ca3(PO4)2和Al(OH)3。
