文章以日常使用的数字电子称为研究对象,以MCS-51单片机作为核心控制单元,24位A/D转换器芯片HX712作为信号转换单元,应变式称重传感器作为获取重量信息单元,设计出一款经济实用的数字电子称,主要分析了系统构建过程,元器件的选型,硬件连接和软件实现过程。通过实践调试表明:设计方案精简,系统性能稳定,精度高,使用方便。
Abstract:
Abstract: Taking the informal digital electronic balance as the research object, an economical and practical digital electronicbalance is designed using MCS-51 microcontroller as the core control unit, 24 bit A/D converter chip HX712 as the signal conversionunit and the strain type weighing sensor as the weight information unit. The system construction process, component selection, hardwareconnection and software implementation process are analyzed. The results of practice debugging show that the design scheme is simpleand the system performance are stable, high accurate and convenient.Key words: Microcontroller; electronic balance; sensor; signal; program
