针对机载信息系统操作使用评估无法给出整体的定量评估结果，文章提出了基于层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评价相结合的评价方法，把操作使用评估定性指标和定量指标结合起来，应用相同的评价标准集，把定性指标量化处理，得到操作使用的定量评估结论。实例表明，该方法简单易懂、实际操作性强，可作为评估同类指标体系的参考。

Abstract: Currently，there is no the quantitative evaluation results when the airborne information system operation and use wasevaluated. In this paper, AHP(analytic hierarchy process)-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could be applied to evaluate theairborne information system operation and use. The quantitative evaluation results can be acquired through the combination ofquantitative and qualitative indices in the operation and applying it on the same evaluation standard collection to quantify the quantitativeindex. The practice example proves that this method is simple, easy understandable and better operable which could provide a referencefor the evaluation of the same indexes system.Key words: AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; airborne information system; operation and use; quantitative evaluation
