浅谈汽车试验场的运营与管理()

摘要:: 伴随着汽车工业的蓬勃发展，汽车试验场作为产品研发过程中试验认证环节的主要场所，也在逐渐受到更多的关注。近年来，多个国内的试验场相继建成，而在试验场建成投入使用后，如何安全、高效地进行运营与管理，也成为新的课题。文章结合自有试验场及国内外部分其他试验场的运营管理经验，介绍了试验场运营与管理的关键内容与方法。

Abstract:: Abstract: With the rapid development of automobile industry, the automobile proving ground has gradually received more andmore attention as the main site of testing and certification in the process of product development. In recent years, many automobileproving grounds have been built in China, and after the proving grounds are used, how to operate and manage them safely and efficientlyhas become a new topic. This paper introduces the key contents and methods of the operation and management of the proving groundaccording to the operation management experience of the self-owned proving ground and some other proving grounds at home andabroad.
