中国银行业改革开放30多年来,银行业的发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩,逐渐形成了比较完备的银行体系。但是,在规模和盈利迅速增长的同时,各类银行在市场定位、业务结构、目标客户选择等方面高度相似, 既不利于商业银行经营特色和核心竞争力的形成,也不利于银行业更好地支持实体经济的发展。国内银行业经营形成同质化的最直接原因是战略趋同。文章从总结国际知名商业银行的成功经验入手,分析国内银行如何实现战略的差异化。
Abstract:
Abstract: Over the past 30 years since China’s reform and opening up, the development of China’s banks has made remarkableachievements and gradually formed a relatively complete banking system. But at the same time in scale and profit growth, all kinds ofbanks are highly similar in the aspects such as the market positioning, business structure and the target customer choice, which is notconducive to form the commercial bank management characteristic and core competitiveness, is also unfavorable to the banking sector tobetter support the development of the real economy. The most direct cause of the homogenization of domestic banking is strategicconvergence. Based on the successful experience of international famous commercial Banks, this paper analyzes how domestic banks canachieve the differentiation of strategy.
