摘要:
广西推广糙米米粉主食产业化。文章从标准化在食品领域中的应用角度入手，分析广西糙米米粉产业标准化现状及存在问题，针对存在的问题提出通过标准化手段保障广西糙米米粉主食产业食品安全的对策建议。
Abstract:
Abstract: Guangxi promotes the industrialization of brown rice noodle as staple food. From the perspective of the standardizationapplication of food field, this paper analyzes the status and existing problems of the standardization of brown rice noodle industry inGuangxi, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the food safety of the rice noodle industry in Guangxi.
