摘要:: 青年教师高职院校教师队伍未来的中坚力量，他们的教学能力和水平决定了教育教学质量。教学技能竞赛是提升教师职业能力有效途径，它给青年教师提供了展示的平台，还能激发他们参与教学技能训练、锻炼的积极性，对促进青年教师教学技能提升，青年骨干教师的培育具有非常积极的作用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Young teachers are the backbone of higher vocational college teachers. Their teaching ability and level has an importantand crucial effect on the quality of education and teaching. the skill competition is one of the efficient ways of improving teachers’professional ability which not only can offer an exhibition platform for the young teachers but also stimulates the enthusiasm of theyoung teachers to participate the training and exercise of teaching skills，which has a positive effect on the promotion of the youngteachers in the teaching skills and the cultivation of the young backbone teachers.
