Abstract: Based on the good prospects and opportunities of the food industry in Beibu Gulf area, this paper aims at cultivating thehigh level and compound talents for the healthy development of the food industry, and from the view of combining the cultivation ofinnovative entrepreneurial ability and the bromatology teaching puts forward the corresponding suggestions to promote the integrateddevelopment of bromatology students and elevate the quality of bromatology talent.

摘要:
文章立足于北部湾地区食品产业的良好发展前景和机遇，以培养食品产业健康发展的高端、复合型人才为目标，从创新创业能力培养和食品专业教学结合的角度，对食品专业学生的创新创业能力培养提出相应的建议，促进学生全面发展，提升食品专业人才素质。
