摘要:
大多数肿瘤细胞即使在氧气足够充足的情况下，也可通过高速率糖酵解产生能量，这种特殊的糖代谢现象被称为Warburg 效应。近年来，越来越多的研究表明，miRNA主要通过调控糖酵解关键酶、影响线粒体功能、诱导缺氧环境、调控癌基因抑癌基因等诸多方面参与糖代谢过程，从而在肿瘤细胞糖代谢中发挥重要作用。深入了解miRNA 调控肿瘤细胞糖代谢的机制，可以为研究人员更加深入地了解肿瘤的发生机制提供了重要线索，可能为肿瘤的诊治提供有力的证据及新的思路。
Abstract:
Most tumor cells produce energy through high speed glycolysis even when oxygen is sufficient. This special phenomenonof glucose metabolism is known as Warburg effect. In recent years, numerous studies show that miRNA is mainly through the regulationof key enzymes of glycolysis, mitochondrial function and effect induced by hypoxia environment, regulating cancer tumor suppressorgene and other aspects to involve in glucose metabolism, which plays an important role in tumor cell metabolism. Further understandingof the mechanism of miRNA regulating glucose metabolism in tumor cells can not only provide important clues for us to furtherunderstand the mechanism of cancer, but also provide strong evidence and new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
