为探究低速碰撞时安全带的使用情况对乘员的损伤影响,文章基于实车碰撞试验结果,建立并验证了某车型的整车有限元模型、驾驶员和前排乘员的约束系统模型。根据该车型安全气囊ECU标定试验,分析了四种低速碰撞工况下的乘员损伤。结果表明,低速碰撞时乘员不系安全带会发生二次碰撞,造成头部、颈部和腿部的严重创伤,且随着碰撞速度的增加,碰撞损伤越来越严重。

This study aimed at the influence of occupant injuries whether using seatbelt during the low-speed collisions. One vehiclemodel and restraint system models of driver and passenger were built and validated with the results of real car impact tests. Basing on theairbag ECU calibration tests, four kinds of low-speed impact simulations were developed to analyze the occupant injuries during fourlow-speed collisions. The results showed that the second-collision of occupant will occur without the use of seatbelt during low-speedcollisions, which will result to the badly injuries of occupant head, neck and femurs. And with the increasing of impact speed, the degreeof injury will be more and more serious.
