采用高温固相法在1400℃合成了新型橙红色Sr2MgAl22O36:Sm3+,M+(M=Li,Na)荧光粉。通过X 射线衍射仪及扫描电镜对样品进行表征。XRD 测量结果表明,所制备的样品为Sr2MgAl22O36纯相。激发光谱显示,样品在330~480nm范围内能得到有效激发。在405nm激发下,发射光谱由三个锐锋组成,其峰值位于562nm(4G5/2→6H5/2),595nm(4G5/2→6H7/2),640nm(4G5/2→6H9/2),其中595nm处峰值最大。文章研究了Sm3+掺杂浓度及电荷补偿剂对荧光粉发光性能的影响。Sr2-2xSmxMx(M=Li,Na)MgAl22O36的发光强度随着Sm3+浓度的增大,先增大后减小,最佳Sm3+的掺杂量为x=0.05。Sr2-2xSmxNaxMgAl22O36的发光强度高于Sr2-2xSmxLixMgAl22O36。

A novel orange red Sr2-2xSmxMx(M=Li, Na)MgAl22O36 phosphor was prepared by high temperature solid state reactionmethod at 1400℃. The phosphor samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy and theirphotoluminescence were studied by the emission and excitation spectra. A pure Sr2MgAl22O36 phase was confirmed. The excitationspectrum showed that the phosphors can be effectively excited by light from 330 to 480nm, which indicated that Sr2-2xSmxMx(M=Li,Na)MgAl22O36 could be effectively excited by the commercially available blue light of LED chips. Simultaneously, the emissionspectrum showed that three sharp and strong emission peaks were located at 562nm(4G5/2→6H5/2),595nm(4G5/2→6H7/2), and 645(4G5/2→6H9/2)nm. The influences of the concentration of Sm3+ as well as charge compensation by co-doping with Li +, Na+ ions on theluminescent properties of the phosphor were investigated. The emission intensity of phosphor enhanced with the concentration of Sm3+and the optimized concentration of Sm3+ was 5mol%. Sr2-2xSmxNaxMgAl22O36 showed higher luminescence intensity thanSr2-2xSmxLixMgAl22O36.
