聚乳酸是一种生物可降解性环境友好的高分子材料,广泛应用于医药、食品包装及涂料等领域,因而催化合成聚乳酸一直是令人关注的热点。文章以丙交酯为原料、辛酸亚锡为催化剂合成聚乳酸,考察了催化剂用量、聚合时间、聚合温度对丙交酯开环聚合合成聚乳酸的影响,在催化剂用量占单体质量比为0.1%、聚合温度为130℃、聚合时间为20h 的条件下,获得高分子量聚乳酸。
Abstract:
Polylactic acid is a kind of biodegradable environment-friendly high molecular material, widely used in pharmaceuticalpackaging and other fields, so its catalytic synthesis of polylactic acid has always been a hot topic. In this paper, the synthesis ofpolylactic acid using lactide as raw material and stannous octoate as catalyst was studied. The effect of catalyst amount, polymerizationtime and polymerization temperature on the synthesis of polylactic acid by the ring-opening polymerization of lactide was investigated.Under the condition of the mass ratio of the catalyst to the monomer was 0.1%, at a temperature of 130 °C and a polymerization time of20 h, a high molecular weight polylactic acid was obtained.
