摘要:
为了保护陶瓷研究的知识产权，分析了数字时代文献数字化、信息传播及信息服务中陶瓷研究知识产权的保护问题。提出了既要加强对陶瓷知识产权的保护，也需要根据数字时代的特点修订现有的知识产权法律、法规，以满足数字时代陶瓷文献信息服务的需要的新观点。
Abstract:
This protection in process of document digitization, information transmission and information service are analyzed inorder to protect intellectual property right about ceramic research in the digital age. A new point of view is raised raised about theprotection of intellectual property of ceramics should be strengthened, laws of intellectual property also need to be modified inaccordance with digital-age’s features to meet requirements of ceramics literature information service.
