摘要:
当前职业倦怠已经成为高职院校教师普遍存在的一种心理现象，制约了高职教育的发展。文章依据对辽宁省高职院校教师职业倦怠的调研结果，从社会、高职院校和教师个人三个层面上提出了对职业倦怠的解决措施，以期帮助教师摆脱职业倦怠的困扰，促进教师的专业发展、高职院校的健康发展以及最终推动辽宁省高职教育的良性发展。
