摘要:
目的:探讨新疆医科大学临床专业2012-2013 级本科班、本硕班及留学生PBL 教学法在心血管内科的应用。方法:将接受心律失常等心血管内科有关章节教学的学生随机分为两组，其中实验组使用以提出问题为基础的PBL 教学法，对照组使用传统的教学法。结果: 针对心律失常等心血管内科有关章节的考核，实验组考核成绩均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。通过对实验组与对照组关于教学方法的感兴趣程度进行问卷调查，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:对心律失常等心血管内科有关章节使用PBL 教学法有利于提高学生学习兴趣，提高学生心血管内科的知识水平和临床应用能力，PBL教学方法在心血管内科教学过程中具有满意的应用效果。
