摘要:
“十三五”时期广西面临“两个建设”的重任，工业发展是支撑广西经济发展的必要抓手，有效推动工业发展是当务之急，而技术改造是工业经济提质增效，转型升级的必要保证，文章分析广西工业发展所处的阶段，探索“十三五”广西技术改造的总体思考，重点工程，以为广西工业发展出言献策。
