文章介绍了以铁路货票信息系统（WinHP）数据为基础，采用C/S 和B/S 混合编程模式，构建的一个覆盖铁路运输、货运、工务、总工等多个业务部门的铁路专用线综合管理系统，该系统集专用线的申请、审批、立项建设、拆除、台帐管理、运量统计于一体，为铁路专用线的管理工作建立了统一的计算机应用平台。
