摘要:
愈演愈烈的生态问题，近似于穷兵黩武式的发展使人们的生态环境不堪重负，人们身陷生态危机中不能自拔。在如此严峻的形势下，全球多数国家已达成生态文明建设的共识，共同保护人类赖以生存的生态环境。以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视生态文明建设，并将其提升到“五位一体”的战略高度，充分证明了其对社会主义现代化建设的规律的深刻把握。通过转变传统生态文明建设理念、加强政府职能建设、构建生态文化、严格依法执政等一系列的手段和措施，才能真正实现建设美丽中国，实现中华民族的伟大复兴的中国梦。
Abstract:
Ecological environment protection has become a global consensus, ecological problems become more and more serious.The development of the militaristic style make our ecological environment overwhelmed, we are already in the midst of the ecologicalcrisis. In current dire circumstances, only pay more attention to the construction of ecological civilization, change the traditionalecological idea, only by thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development can we achieve sound and rapid economic and socialdevelopment and build a beautiful China, then our Chinese dream is not just a dream. General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches greatimportance to the protection of the ecological environment, under the socialist economic, political, cultural, social, and ecologicalconstruction, put the ecological civilization construction into an important position, and strengthen the system of ecological civilizationconstruction to promote the modernization of ecological management.
