摘要:
制度创新是保障社会主义社会公平正义的重要手段，也是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键所在。社区矫正未成年人教育矫治作为社区矫正的重点和难点为司法制度创新和改革发展提供了前所未有的机遇与挑战。
Abstract:
System innovation is the guarantee of the socialist social fairness and justiceis an important means, and also the key toconstruction of socialist harmonious society. Community correction of juvenile provides opportunities and challenges for the educationand correction of hitherto unknown as the emphases and difficulties of community correction for the judicial system innovationand reform and development.
