摘要:
高校是创新型人才培养的重要基地，文章通过分析当前高校理工科大学生科技创新团队建设存在的主要问题，从科技团队的可持续性、科技创新实践平台的建设、导师在创新团队中的作用和创新团队的约束与激励机制等方面论述科技团队的建设实践与创新
Abstract:
A university is an important base for cultivating innovative talents, and the innovating team constructing of science andtechnology is extremely pressing, for that this paper analyzes the current main problems, mainly from its sustainability, its constructionplatform, the role of supervisors, and its restraint as well as its incentive mechanism etc.
