摘要:
目的：分析高龄(>75 岁)股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用人工股骨头置换术的疗效。方法：对2004.1～2013.10 我院103 例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用人工股骨头假体置换治疗。其中女性67 例，男性36 例，最大年龄102 岁，最小年龄75 岁，平均83 岁。结果：术中、术后死亡2 例，余患者均得到随访，随访时间1～9 年（平均3.5 年），参照Harris 法评分[1]优65 例，良26 例，可6 例，差4 例。疗效优良率达88.34%。所有随访患者无发生脱位，经复查X 片，假体、髋臼完好无松动93 例，髋臼磨损5 例，假体周围骨折2 例，假体松动1 例。结论：证实人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折具有减少患者卧床时间，早日下地负重功能锻炼，减少术后并发症等优点。
Abstract:
Objective: to the curative effect of using artificial femoral head replacement treated of the age (>75 years)intertrochanteric fracture patients. Methods: For the elderly which over 75-years-old of intertrochanteric fractures 103 patients weretreated with artificial femoral head replacement from January 2004 to October 2013.In the 103 patients which have 67 women, 36 men,the ages between 75 years and 102 years, average 83 years old. Results: Intraoperative and postoperative had death 2 cases, otherspatients all follow-up, follow-up time of 101 cases are 1 year to 9 years, which averages 3.5 years. Under Harris score [1], 65 cases hadexcellence, 26 good, 6 mediate, 4 bad, the excellence rate was 88.34%; All the follow-up of patients were no dislocation. ReviewingX-ray films, 93 cases artificial femoral head and acetabulum are good and no loose;5 cases had acetabulum attrition rate;2 cases hadprosthesis around fracture;5 cases had prosthesis loose. Conclusion: Application of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment ofelderly intertrochanteric femoral fractures, have shorten patients stay in bed time, early do functional exercise, reduce postoperativecomplications etc.
