摘要:
提高畜禽产品质量安全，确保畜禽健康和消费者安全已成目前养殖者和监督管部门的重要课题。文章从养殖环境、动物疫病、投入品使用等方面剖析影响畜产品质量安全的因素，提出加强畜产品质量安全的对策建议。
Abstract:
Improve the quality and safety of poultry products, ensuring the animal health and consumer safety has become animportant issue at present farmers and regulatory department. This article analyze the factors that affect the quality of the safety ofanimal products from the farming environment, animal diseases, and other aspects of the invest using, proposed to strengthen the qualityand safety of animal products countermeasures.
