摘要:
为推进企业现代化管理，某公司全面实行自动化办公，应集团公司要求、按照集团公司统一部署，实现“无纸化”办公、多部门协同、远距离办公、跨层级沟通等提高办公效率，集团公司不惜耗费大量人力、物力投入使用了用友致远A8协同管理办公系统，现根据公司实际使用的情况，浅谈协同办公系统在企业管理中的应用。
Abstract:
To promote the management of modern enterprises, the full implementation of office automation, Group companyrequirements, in accordance with the unified deployment of the group of companies to achieve "paperless" office, multi-sectoralcollaboration, telecommuting, cross-level communication to improve office efficiency, the Group companies are willing to spend a lot ofmanpower and material resources put into use UF Zhiyuan A8 collaborative management office system, is based on the actual situationof our company, to discuss cooperative office system in the enterprise management applications.
