摘要:
简要介绍了中国煤炭资源的现状和中国煤炭进口形势的变化，从政策、需求、运输、品质等角度对煤炭进口形势发生巨变的原因和进口煤炭剧变局面给检验监管带来的影响进行深入的分析，并根据工作实际对加强煤炭进口检验监管提出建议。
Abstract:
In this article , we briefly introduce the present situation of coal resources in China and the changes in the situation of China’scoal imports. We in-depth analysis the influence from the policy, demand, transportation, quality of coal, changes in the situation of China’scoal imports and upheaval to the inspection and supervision of import coal situation. According to the actual work ,we make the suggestionsto strengthen inspection and supervision of the coal imports.
