摘要:
乡镇林业站是林业管理的最基层机构，职能繁杂，任务繁重，人员配备不足，文章通过探讨林业站的存在问题，提出解决问题的对策，对提高基层林业基层管理水平，促进农民增收俱有较好的现实意义。
Abstract:
The local forest working-station is the basic institution which has the problems of miscellaneous function, onerous tasks andthe shortage of personnel composition. In this paper, the existing problems of the local forest working-station are analyzed andcountermeasures of solving problems are presented. It is a practical significance to improve the management level of forestry grassroots andincrease peasant income.
