摘要:: 现在大学生的心理健康问题越来越多，高校的心理健康教育工作也成为重要工作之一。但目前高校的心理健康教育工作存在一些问题，例如重视化程度不够、缺乏专业老师、指导形式单一等。针对这些问题，高校可以通过加强心理健康教育体制建设，加强老师的专业提升，完善学生心理档案，注重校园文化建设等策略，来加强学校的心理健康教育，从而提升学生的心理素质。

Abstract:: Today there are more and more college students’ mental health problems, the mental health education in universities hasbecome one of the important work. But there are some problems on mental health education, such as not enough emphasis, lack ofprofessional teachers, guidance in the form of single issues .To solve these problems, colleges can adopt measures such as strengthening theinstitution building, strengthening the teachers’ specialization, improving students’ mental archives, focusing on the construction of campusculture in order to enhance students’ psychological quality.
