摘要:
楼宇实训中心建立的根本目标是为培养楼宇智能化专业学生的实验操作能力，提高其工程实践水平，打造应用型工程人才。从楼宇实训中心实训项目的设立、实训资源的整合到实训设备的选择与利用等方面，探讨了楼宇实训中心实践教学和应用型人才培养模式之间的密切联系。通过增强实践性教学环节，提高了学生实践能力和创新素质，为学生就业能力的提高提供更好的平台和桥梁。
Abstract:
Taking the construction of building laboratory, focus on training and improving students’ ability of engineering practice, buildthe talents as the goal.From the establishment, training project of the building laboratory and training resource integration into the trainingequipment selection and utilization, discusses between the building laboratory of practice teaching and the modes for the cultivation ofapplied talents. By enhancing the practice teaching, improve students’ practical ability and creative quality, to provide a better platform andbridge for students’ employment ability.
