摘要:
大学生社会实践是高校为提高大学生综合素质，组织在校大学生利用课余时间走出校门，深入基层，为社会服务，结合社会工作或生产一线开展理想信念和职业教育、技能训练为主要内容的课外教育活动。如何借助国家大型赛会活动平台，通过加强对社会实践过程的引导和管理，帮助大学生树立正确的思想意识，鼓励大学生自觉参加社会实践，提高自身综合素质，是高校开展德育教育、实现实践育人的重要途径和方法。
Abstract:
The social practice of college students is an improtant activity toenhance person quality,which base on they take part in social works.Students will grasp skills and then form their belief of career beyong classes.The study focous on how to build correct mind on job and strengthen leadiness and management through taking part in large activies. It also claims thatstudents will enhance person qualities byenducation and social practice offering by college.At the meanwhile,the study take a trial on reseach a practical method of studentenducation.Key words:
