摘要:
为提高叶丝整丝率,通过单因素试验,运用响应曲面法优化CTD 气流干燥工艺参数。试验结果表明:工艺气体含氧量、工艺气流量和工艺气体温度对CTD 气流干燥出口叶丝整丝率都有显著影响。在工艺气体含氧量为2.77%、工艺气流量为18500 m?/h、工艺气体温度为174℃条件下,CTD 气流干燥出口叶丝整丝率达到最高。
Abstract:
In the virtual simulation experiment system,there are many defects and shortcomings in the traditional experiment system.Such as: image is not intuitive, simulation is not high, especially in some complex control object, or involve the mode of analog input andoutput control for closed loop control, adopting the physical build small experiment system, but there is more investment and covers an areaof large faults, can not guarantee each operator to operate, make it only for the use of demonstration finally. Unable to upgrade to raises thestudent beginning ability of PLC wiring. This system based on the manipulator,make full use of PLC, I/O card and the advantagesof configuration software,design a new virtual simulation experiment mode, so that students can better cultivate and develop the students’good practice ability, and can feel the real experimental system intuitively, so as to achieve a realmanipulator connecting line high simulation of virtualexperiment system.
