摘要:
公安信息化是继社区警务之后的第五次警务革命，公安信息化建设与应用引领着公安工作改革发展。强化信息化基础建设，规范基础信息采录标准，强化公安基础信息的采集录入工作，是利用现代信息技术来引领和管理警务机制改革的重要手段。因此，文章结合工作实际，就强化基础信息采录推动警务机制改革谈几点认识和体会。
Abstract:
The police information following the fifth police community policing revolution, construction and application of publicsecurity information technology leading the reform of public security work development.Strengthening the information infrastructureconstruction, specification based informationcollection standards, Strengthening the public security basic information collection entrywork, is an important means to guide the management and reform of policing mechanism by using the modern informationtechnology.Therefore, combined with the author’s practical work, to strengthen the foundation of information acquisition promotingpolicing mechanism reformto talk about a few understanding and experience.
