摘要:
高职院校教师职业教育教学能力，是评价高职院校内涵建设和核心竞争力的重要指标。文章从分析高职院校教师职业教育教学能力构成出发，选择广西一所示范性学院和一所示范性重点培育单位为范本，从职业素养、教学研究、教学组织、资源建设等四个方面，用详实的数字，具体分析了两所高职院校教师职业教育教学能力的现状．对照深圳职业技术学院的相关数据，找出差距，进而提炼出广西高职院校教师职业教育教学能力的建设思路。
Abstract:
Teachers’ vocational teaching ability is one of the important evaluating indices for the intension construction and corecompetence of higher vocational colleges. To analyze the structure of vocational teaching ability, this article makes a concrete analysis on thecurrent situation of higher vocational colleges with circumstantial data from four aspects, namely professional accomplishment, teachingresearch, teaching organization and resources construction. Data acquisition is from two samples. One is a demonstrative higher polytechniccollege in Guangxi and the other is a priority unit. After comparing to the related data in Shenzhen Polytechnic, it finds out the margin andraises the construction probe of teachers’ vocational teaching ability in Guangxi higher vocational colleges.
