摘要:
随着经济的不断发展，科技创新国际化趋势加强，许多重大科研项目需要各国共同完成，国际合作科研项目逐年增加。各科研院所对经费的投入也在不断增加，文章以新疆生态地理研究所为例，分析了国际合作科研项目投入与产出效率的关系。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of the economy, technological innovation and internationalization trend is beingstrengthened, many countries need to complete major scientific research projects, research projects of international cooperation has increasedyear by year. The funds for scientific research institutes also increased, with the Xinjiang Institute of ecology and geography as an example,analyzes the relationship between the international cooperative research project of input and output efficiency.
