摘要:
文章试图探讨女性研究生的职业生涯发展过程中存在的问题，认为女性研究生职业生涯发展中存在着女性角色困境、针对性职业生涯规划指导缺失、劳动力市场中的性别歧视三个主要问题。并针对这三个问题分别从个人、学校、社会三个角度提出相对性的政策，由此希望能更加注重女性研究生职业生涯规划指导与就业辅导机制的构建。
Abstract:
This article attempts to explore women’s career development graduate problems, women graduate career developmentdilemma exists in the role of women, lack of targeted career planning guidance, and gender discrimination in the labor market in three mainissues. And relative policies are proposed from individuals, schools, community three angles for these three issues, thus hoping to build moreemphasis graduate career planning guidance and counseling system for women’s employment.
