摘要:
保健按摩是通过各种手段与技能作用于机体以达到防治疾病的一种方法，具有调节内脏、增强体质、舒筋活络，宣通气血、解除痉挛，镇痛移痛、顺筋正骨，整形复位等功能。运用时应注意讲究卫生、采取适宜的体位与姿势、力度适中，尤其要注意禁忌症，以防不适。我们应在继承与发扬的基础上开拓创新，用以提高人们的健康水平。
Abstract:
Massage and skills through a variety of means to act on the body in order to achieve a way of combating the disease. Regulatethe internal organs, enhance physical fitness, Shujin .It has function of visceral, enhance physical fitness, Shujin, declared through blood,relieve spasms, pain, analgesic shift, along tendons orthopedic, plastic reset, etc. Vision through blood, relieve spasms, pain, and analgesicshift, along tendons orthopedic. Plastic reset function. Note the use of health should pay attention and take appropriate position and posture,moderate intensity. Particular attention to contraindications prevent discomfort .We should be on the basis of inheritance and innovationforward on to improve people’s health.
