摘要:: 广西中医药大学是广西区内为数不多的建立年级委员会制度的高校之一，药学院是该校较早实行年级委员会制度的二级学院。年级委员会在该学院实行以来，在工作上和制度上都取得了较大的进步和完善，同时也存在一些困难和问题，文章通过探讨如何解决这些问题，以期让年级委建制在高校推广开来。

Abstract:: Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine is one of the universities to establish a committee system grades the few areas inGuangxi. College of pharmacy is the school year earlier implementation of two college committee systems. Year committee at work andinstitutionally have made great progress and improvement since the implementation of the school. Meanwhile, there are some difficultiesand problems. The Article discusses how to solve these problems through committee formed to make the grade in college to promote.
