摘要:
目的：探讨外用中药塌渍联合TDP 红外线照射治疗阴囊急性湿疹的疗效观察和护理体会。方法：选取诊断为急性湿疹患者150 例，按随机数字表法分为两组，西药对照组采用口服盐酸西替利嗪治疗，中药观察组在对照组的基础上外用中药塌渍联合TDP 红外线照射。比较两组的疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为100%，对照组为86.6%，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中药塌渍联合TDP 红外线照射治疗阴囊急性湿疹可有效提高临床疗效，简便易于掌握，患者更易接受。
Abstract:
Objective:Observation of topical Tazi Chinese Medicine combined with TDP treatment of acute scrotum eczema the efficacy and nursing experience. Method:The study of 150 cases of acute scrotum eczema patients,Randomly divided method combined observergroup 75 cases and the control group 75 cases,the control group was treated with oral administration of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets, and the observer group was treated with Topical Tazi extrnally combined with TDP.The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Result: The total effective rate of observer group was 100%,significantly higher than 86.6%of control group,there was statistically significant differencebetween two group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combined therapy of TCM treatment of acute eczema can effectively improve the clinical curative effect. It may be accepted easily by patients.
