摘要:
现在膝骨关节炎越来越受到临床医生的重视，但其治疗未令人满意。文章综述了近五年中药内服治疗膝骨关节炎的文献后发现，现中药内服治疗本病未有统一标准。综合各临床证型，可推测多由肝脾肾三脏亏损，风寒湿三邪乘虚侵袭，至痰浊血瘀而致病。中药内服治疗膝骨性关节炎副作用小，可长期使用。但当前中药内服治疗膝骨关节炎存在缺少规范、统一、最佳的治疗路径。
Abstract:
Now more and more knee osteoarthritis attention of clinicians, but the treatment is not satisfactory. After nearly five years,the article reviews the treatment of this disease, internal medicine literature found, Chinese Herbs to treat the disease currently no uniformstandards .Comprehensive various clinical syndromes. The disease can be inferred from the liver, spleen and kidney three dirty Loss .ChengXu wind cold dampness evil invasion three to phlegm and blood stasis and disease, Chinese Herbs treatment of knee osteoarthritis sideeffects long-term use. However, the current internal medicine to treat the disease exist a lack of standardized, uniform, optimal treatmentpath
