摘要:
按照《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施》要求,继电保护、安全自动装置通道应承载于两套独立的通信传输设备,实现通道的“双设备”。针对业务接入需求,在分析宁夏电力通信网路传输A 网的现状基础上,提出传输B 网建设需求,并分析B 网建设原则,给出宁夏电力通信系统B 网建设规划。传输B 网的建设,将全面提高宁夏电力传输网的可靠性和有效性。
Abstract:
According with the requirement of “State Grid Corporation of eighteen major anti-accident measures”, communicationchannels of relay protection and automatic safety device must be carrying on two independent sets of communication equipment. Analyzedthe present situation of Ningxia electric power A transmission network. Proposed the needs of B network construction, analyzed theprinciple of B network construction, given the construction plan of transmission B network. The construction of transmission B network,will great improve the reliability and validity of the communication system.
