摘要:
随着我国氧化铝产量的逐年增长和铝土矿品位的逐渐降低,赤泥的年产生量不断增加。大量的赤泥如果不能充分有效的利用,依靠大面积的堆场堆放,不仅占用大量的土地,也对环境造成严重的污染。文章就生产氧化铝所产生的赤泥的危害进行阐述,并简单介绍一些目前国内外在赤泥综合回收利用上取得的成绩。随着国内铝土矿资源的匮乏,国内大多数铝厂开始大量从国外进口铝土矿,利用铝土矿生产氧化铝产生的赤泥铁含量增高,具有较高的二次利用价值。随着我国建设节约化工业的步伐的逐渐加快,实现资源二次开发利用的价值就显得尤为重要。
Abstract:
With decreasing year by year growth of China’s alumina and bauxite production quality, resulting in the amount of red mudis increasing. If a large number of red mud can not be fully effective use, relying on a large area of the yard stacking, not only takes a lot ofland, but also caused serious pollution to the environment. In this paper, we explain the hazards of the red mud, and simply introduce somecomprehensive utilizations of the red mud at abroad and China. With the lack of domestic bauxite resources, most domestic aluminumbauxite imported from abroad in large quantities, the use of red mud bauxite to produce alumina produced iron content increased withhigher secondary use value. As China gradually accelerate chemical building savings pace, and realize the value of the secondarydevelopment of resource utilization is particularly important.
