摘要:
高校设立奖学金制度，是奖励品学兼优在校大学生的措施，有利于激励大学生刻苦学习、全面发展，针对高校 中奖学金评定工作中存在过多强调学习成绩，评选办法单一的现象，提出改革奖学金评选办法的建议，突出奖学金在促进大学 生提高综合素质的激励和导向作用，引导和促进大学生全面健康发展
Abstract:
The establishment of a scholarship system in college and university is an effective measure to reward distinctive students. The system can motive students to study hard and develop integrated. Due to the phenomenon of too much emphasis on academic achievement and the simplification in the scholarship evaluation process, it is essential to propose the scholarship evaluation methods that shows the incentive and guiding role of the college scholarships which can improve the overall quality of students, and therefore guide and promote the healthy development of college students overall.
